★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitgebreid assortiment en goede service. Altijd netjes up to date gehouden over levertijden. De winkel in Nijkerk is ook prima, aardige medewerkers en een deel van het assortiment gepresenteerd in de winkel. (zoals velgen, sturen etc.)
 Extensive range and good service. Always kept up to date on delivery times. The store in Nijkerk is also fine, nice employees and part of the range presented in the store. (such as rims, handlebars, etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jr11 velgen gekocht op 01-05 voor mijn auto. Geschatte levertijd 1 tot 3 werkdagen. Uiteindelijke levertijd was 31-05. Verschillende keren contact gehad, maar al met al duurde het gewoon te lang. Leveringsproblemen kan gebeuren, maar contact en info hadden beter gekund. Uiteindelijk tot een passende oplossing gekomen, waarvoor mijn dank. Hopelijk met de update van de site een beter overzicht van verzendtijden. Mag de pret niet drukken, velgen staan fantastisch.
Jr11 rims bought on 01-05 for my car. Estimated delivery time 1 to 3 business days. Final delivery time was 31-05. Contacted several times, but all in all it just took too long. Delivery problems can happen, but contact and info could have been better. Finally came to a suitable solution, for which I thank you. Hopefully with the update of the site a better overview of shipping times. Shouldn't spoil the fun, rims look fantastic.

The website and customer service are top notch, in the shop and workshop itself you notice that there are some enthusiasts walking around but not really experts in the field. Nothing else to complain about

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met een maatje JR velgen besteld , we werden geholpen door Jurre, Jurre is zeer vriendelijke verkoper die verstand van Tuning artikelen heeft, hij luisterd goed en geeft zijn mening, daarnaast is hij ook geduldig, niet gek te maken.
We zijn echt goed door hem geholpen, hij kan met zijn skills bijna overal werken, alles is volgens afspraak goed verlopen, Jurre heeft zelf de velgen met banden na werktijd op locatie van de winkel gemonteerd. Ze mogen bij Fullcartuning zeker blij met jou zijn. We komen zowieso nog wel langs.
Ordered JR rims with a buddy, we were helped by Jurre, Jurre is a very friendly seller who understands tuning articles, he listens well and gives his opinion, in addition, he is also patient, not to be fooled.
We were really well helped by him, with his skills he can work almost anywhere, everything went well according to agreement, Jurre himself mounted the rims with tires on location of the store after working hours. They can certainly be happy with you at Fullcartuning. We'll still come by anyway.

Then they tell you its the same part but if you want we will take a return... well thats false advertising. Happened to me again when i just recieved my order # 196565 didnt recieve 1 ashuki part... ITS A SCAM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting customer service from these cowboys, I bought exhaust heat wrap from them and after fitting was done on a motorbike, the wrap caught fire and only luckily escaped damage being done to the motorbike and now their refusing to refund the full amount they gave back less than 50% said that's all I'm getting that they were losing money already, but sorry that's not my problem they should count themselves lucky they don't have a 5k bill for a damaged motorbike AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
