Guarantee, it doesn't get that far, lady on the phone who snaps you and informed you that there is no time to come and look at the cracks and pits in the floor.

Zeker geen aanrader, ga voor een partij die wel weet wat service is. Warranty does not cover this club. Doesn't bother to come and see complaints about their own product. Does not call back and is customer unfriendly. Definitely not recommended, go for a party that knows what service is.

Ook zeer tevreden met de service na oplevering van de vloer. Purchased a cast floor and underfloor heating from this company last summer. Heating works well and the cast floor has become beautiful. Also very satisfied with the service after delivery of the floor.

Jammer dat er hier en daar luchtbubbeltjes in de vloer zitten. Where the end result is fine, it cannot be compared with the sample(s) shown and luckily I also like this floor. Too bad there are air bubbles in the floor here and there.
