De werkzaamheden bestonden onder andere uit het bouwen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en pagina’s en het beheren en updaten van onze websites. Hierbij heb ik goede support gekregen. Ze communiceren duidelijk en snel en nemen verantwoordelijkheid over een goede afhandeling van projecten. Bij complexere opdrachten denken ze ook goed mee en maken ze hier ook echt tijd voor als dit nodig is. Verder stellen ze zich klantgericht op. Hierdoor zijn ze een partij waar je een steeds sterkere relatie mee kunt opbouwen en steeds beter op afgestemd raakt.
I worked with Future Forward for a year and had a good collaboration. The work consisted of, among other things, building new functionalities and pages and managing and updating our websites. I have received good support for this. They communicate clearly and quickly and take responsibility for the proper handling of projects. For more complex assignments, they also think along well and really make time for this if necessary. They are also customer-oriented.
