Tevens heeft hij een betonnen balk aan de buitenzijde van het huis grondig uitgebikt en gerenoveerd ook heeft hij deze netjes in speciale betonverf gezet.
Hij werkt netjes en op zijn eigen tempo tot het gewenste eindresultaat.
