Je wordt niet op de hoogte gehouden van de status en als je belt krijg je een standaard tekst "ik bel je later" en "mag ik je morgen terug bellen" wat steevast niet gebeurd. Na een gesprek met betrokkene is beterschap beloofd en zelfs na overleg met de medeoprichter wordt verzuimd om contact op te nemen met betrekking tot de status. Excuses zoals de klant is niet erg vlot en ja er zat een vakantie tussen, zijn loze excuses en enige verbetering is er niet. sollicitatie is in mei gedaan en tot op heden 7 augustus nog steeds geen echte update, oh ja kijk even op onze site voor andere vacatures !!.
Jullie site geeft aan "Met persoonlijke begeleiding naar jouw droombaan!" houden jullie je daar maar eens aan, aan die belofte.
Als dit de manier is hoe men omgaat met een mogelijke inkomstenbron dan zal deze gauw opdrogen.
The Happy Recruiters does not live up to its name. You will not be kept informed of the status and when you call you will receive a standard text "I will call you later" and "May I call you back tomorrow", which invariably does not happen. After a conversation with the person concerned, improvement is promised and even after consultation with the co-founder, it is neglected to contact us regarding the status. Apologies such as the customer is not very smooth and yes there was a holiday in between, are empty apologies and there is no improvement. application was done in May and until now August 7th still no real update, oh yes check out our site for other vacancies !!.
Your site states "With personal guidance to your dream job!" you just keep to that promise.
If this is how a potential source of income is handled, it will soon dry up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a job through Fygi and was contacted by one of their recruiters saying that an interview would be scheduled either the Friday or Monday. The recruiter told me to call him incase they forget as sometimes things slip through the cracks. Friday went by and no call. Monday went by and still no call so I called Monday afternoon and left a voice mail as it went straight to answering machine. I then sent a follow up email. To my surprise that afternoon I got a generic email notification stating that I was unsuccessful in my application. I was pretty confused because I was told that I would be going for an interview. So I replied and asked what changed. I have received no response. I find this behaviour from recruiters extremely unprofessional and rude. A simple phone call or email explaining the situation changing would have been the more appropriate way to handle this situation.
