Kijkt vooruit en bespreekt ook welke mogelijkheden er zijn. Blijft vooral realistisch en zegt wat ik nog kan verwachten. Geeft vertrouwen.
Been coming to John Louwarts for quite some time with regard to balance problems. Very knowledgeable, knows what he is talking about, knows how to put himself in the shoes of the other person, gives tips and encourages where necessary. Looks ahead and also discusses the options available. Remains realistic and says what I can expect. Gives confidence.
