★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben vanmorgen schandalig te woord gestaan door 1 van hun medewerkers. Ik belde met ernstige onderrugklachten. Ik kon op z’n vroegst pas 4 dagen later terecht en toen ik vroeg of het echt niet eerder kon werd me bijdehand verteld dat ik dan maar naar de eerste hulp moest en dat ik niet de enige ben met rugpijn. Echt niet servicegericht, totaal niet empatisch en zelfs brutaal.
 This morning I was scandalously spoken to by one of their employees. I called with serious lower back complaints. At the earliest I was only able to go to the emergency room 4 days later and when I asked if it really couldn't be done sooner, I was smartly told that I should go to the emergency room and that I am not the only one with back pain. Really not service-oriented, not at all empathic and even cheeky.
