★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All , i had a very sad experience with Fysiowesterpark. A couple of years ago i went to the wintekade location and didn't have any issues, it was actually great. Recently, i booked another appointment to take care of my knee injury and they booked in a different location without prior notice. I went to the wintekade location again for my appointment and there was a therapist with the same name as the therapist i had an appointment. I was waiting for 15 min and nobody would call me. After that, i found my appointment was in a different location and my therapist wasn't waiting for me anymore. They still have invoiced me and say that is still my fault. I'm very disappointment, since misunderstandings happen and i think Westerparkfysio should take that in consideration.
