★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel onpersoonlijk. De eigenaresse is heel bot en niet meelevend. Ik had gebeld en gemaild voor een afspraak en kreeg geen reactie terug en toen ik mevrouw aan de telefoon kreeg, kreeg ik een botte reactie terug.
 Very impersonal. The owner is very rude and unsympathetic. I had called and emailed for an appointment and got no response back and when I got Mrs on the phone I got a rude response back.
