 Enjoyed training with Meike during both pregnancies. She knows everything about the female body and has already coached hundreds of women, and it shows! You can ask anything and she helps you with many more issues than just healthy exercise. Meike is a true expert and has a passion for her profession and a heart for all women in her classes!
