About Fysiomotion
Iedereen kan tegenwoordig direct bij de fysiotherapeut terecht. Dit heet Directe Toegankelijkheid Fysiotherapie (DTF). U hoeft dus niet per se eerst naar uw huisarts voor een verwijzing. Dit heeft als voordeel dat u sneller bij de juiste behandelaar bent en aan uw herstel kunt gaan werken.
Omdat u niet bij huisarts bent geweest zal de fysiotherapeut wel eerst een extra ‘screening’ moeten uitvoeren om uw klachten goed in kaart te brengen. In geval van twijfel zal de fysiotherapeut u terug moeten sturen naar de huisarts. Als duidelijk is dat de klachten fysiotherapeutisch te behandelen zijn zal daarna zal direct onderzoek en behandeling volgen. De fysiotherapeut zal altijd wel een verslag naar de huisarts sturen.
