She's very informative and helpful in her instructions to guide me in the knowledge of how I posture my body, being aware of my breathing and healing post-cesarian section operation. Also, pre-surgery she helped relive muscle tension and pelvic pain I was having. After doing the small exercises she advised me to try I immediately felt different, and noticed how being in tune with my body helped immensely.
