Na de eerste behandeling van Robert Luiten voelde ik al direct verbetering, hij geeft duidelijke uitleg wat hij aan het doen is en waarvoor hij het doet, ook met voorbeeld van het model menselijk sketel. I am very satisfied with the treatments at B&B Healtcare. After the first treatment of Robert Luiten I immediately felt improvement, he clearly explains what he is doing and what he is doing it for, also with an example of the human skeleton model.
D	D livepurelove on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas, helaas, helaas.. weer een bedrijf dat alleen uit is op 'patiënten' en geld innen. B&B Healthcare pakt het heel slecht aan. Je staat ook zo buiten de deur; zeer korte behandeling. Ikzelf ben een tijdje geleden bij Robert Luiten onder 'behandeling' geweest. Deze jongeman heeft echt weinig kennis van zaken. Ik heb hem zelfs vaak moeten corrigeren, waarna hij toegaf dat ik goed zat. Elke behandeling weer. Op een gegeven moment had ik het wel gehad met hem (telkens maar weer zeer simpele 'YouTube oefeningetjes' meegeven, mijn klachten negeren, dingen opzoeken omdat hij het niet weet, klanten uitlachen waar andere collega's/klanten bij zijn). Ik heb hem daarop aangesproken. Hoe heb je je diploma gehaald, vroeg ik hem? Toen heeft hij mij maar bij zijn collega ingepland. Fijn he, zo'n bedrijf met zo'n persoon. En betalen? Geld willen ze heel graag zien bij B&B Healthcare (snel en efficiënt in eigen belang). Het is maar dat ik een topbaan heb, maar hoe zit het met al die andere mensen die misschien niet zo snel het bedrag op kunnen hoesten, vooral als het niet vergoed wordt (bijv. niet volledig verzekerd)? Ik zit bij een andere fysiotherapeut in de buurt. Echt top, zeer betrokken en jarenlange ervaring. Niet van die goedkope krachten. Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately .. another company that is only out to "patients" and collect money. B&B Healthcare is doing very badly. You are also right outside the door; very short treatment. A while ago I was under 'treatment' with Robert Luiten. This young man really has little knowledge of the matter. I even had to correct him many times, after which he admitted that I was in the right place. Every treatment. At one point I had had enough with him (giving very simple 'YouTube exercises' over and over again, ignoring my complaints, looking things up because he does not know, laughing at customers in front of other colleagues / customers). I spoke to him about this. How did you get your diploma, I asked him? Then he scheduled me with his colleague. Nice, hey, such a company with such a person. And pay? They really want to see money at B&B Healthcare (fast and efficient in their own interest). It's just that I have a top job, but what about all those other people who might not be able to cough up the amount as quickly, especially if it is not reimbursed (eg not fully insured)? I'm with another physiotherapist nearby. Really great, very involved and many years of experience. Not those cheap forces.
S	Stefan Boon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze fysiotherapeut. Geholpen door de stagiair die geen idee had en uiteindelijk was het iets heel anders (wat in het ziekenhuis verholpen moest worden). Toen gebeld om dat aan te geven en nooit meer iets gehoord. Puur aan het lijntje gehouden om geld binnen te halen. Lousy physiotherapist. Helped by the intern who had no idea and in the end it was something completely different (which had to be fixed in the hospital). Then called to report this and never heard anything again. Just kept on a leash to raise money.
D	Dick Minnema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Begrijp eerlijk gezegd voorgaande review totaal niet. Mijn ervaringen met Robert Luiten zijn namelijk zeer positief. Hij neemt uitgebreid de tijd om te onderzoeken wat de oorzaak van de klacht is en het behandelplan wordt zeer zorgvuldig uitgevoerd. Na een 6-tal behandelingen ben ik weer bijna klachtenvrij. Tot slot fijn dat je tussen het behandelschema in zo binnen kunt lopen om gebruik te maken van de aanwezige apparatuur. Honestly don't understand the previous review at all. My experiences with Robert Luiten have been very positive. He takes extensive time to investigate the cause of the complaint and the treatment plan is carried out very carefully. After 6 treatments I am almost symptom free again. Finally, it is nice that you can walk in between the treatment schedule to use the available equipment.

Ik ben met schouder- en nekklachten onder behandeling bij Robert Luiten en heb hem en zijn behandelingen als erg prettig en effectief ervaren. Hij heeft goed geluisterd naar de klachten en we hebben samen een behandelingstraject bepaald. Hij was ook niet bang om de behandeling aan te passen toen de klachten niet snel genoeg minder werden. Ik ben erg tevreden met B&B en met Robert. Fine guidance by highly skilled therapists. I am being treated by Robert Luiten with shoulder and neck complaints and have experienced him and his treatments as very pleasant and effective. He listened carefully to the complaints and we determined a treatment process together. He was also not afraid to adjust the treatment when the complaints did not improve quickly enough. I am very satisfied with B&B and with Robert.
M	Monica Velu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er was wat mis gegaan met de communicatie rond mijn behandeling. Altijd vervelend, maar het wordt wel opgepakt en zo ken ik B&B Healthcare Voorburg. Ik heb altijd prima ondersteuning gehad voor mijn lastige lijf. Zere nekken, pijnlijke ruggen, slechte conditie, ze helpen je daar prima. Foutje kan gebeuren, maar ze doen er ook wat mee! Something had gone wrong with the communication about my treatment. Always annoying, but it will be picked up and that's how I know B&B Healthcare Voorburg. I have always had excellent support for my difficult body. Sore necks, sore backs, bad shape, they'll help you there just fine. Mistakes can happen, but they also do something with it!
