Verder vind ik het erg jammer gezien ik mijn afspraak 24 u van te voren heb afgemeld en vervolgens wel een betaling kan doen terwijl dit wegens omstandigheden niet door kon gaan.
Incredibly annoying experience. I thought the therapist was not at all empathetic. As if you just have to laugh away the complaints. Furthermore, I find it very unfortunate given that I have canceled my appointment 24 hours in advance and can then make a payment while this was canceled due to circumstances.
