Per augustus 2015 kunt u terecht bij fysiotherapiepraktijk HHFysio in Hooghalen. Dit is een praktijk voor fysiotherapie en revalidatie aan de Laaghalerstraat 14. De fysiotherapeut van HHFysio staat altijd voor u klaar om u te begeleiden bij uw hulpvraag.
De praktijk is gevestigd in het dorpshuis, zij-ingang van de HHFit. Als u onder begeleiding van de fysiotherapeut werkt aan uw herstel en revalidatie, kunt u gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten en fitnessapparatuur van de HHFit.
Sinds 1 januari 2006 is fysiotherapie voor iedereen direct toegankelijk. Dit houdt in dat u geen verwijzing van de huisarts of specialist nodig heeft om naar de fysiotherapeut toe te gaan. U kunt gelijk met de fysiotherapeut een afspraak maken. Er wordt dan eerst beoordeeld in een onderzoek of fysiotherapie zinvol is bij uw klacht. Heeft u een verwijzing van uw huisarts of specialist, ook dan kunt u met uw verwijzing bij HHFysio terecht. Indien u aan huis behandeld wilt worden, dan heeft u, indien u de nota opstuurt naar uw zorgverzekeraar, een verwijzing van de huisarts of specialist nodig waarin staat vermeld dat een behandeling aan huis geïndiceerd is.
HHfysio is een gecontracteerde zorgverlener.
