★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het ophalen van vier bestelde tubes Horma zalf , totale kosten €27,40, in de voornoemde winkel zag ik dat de tubes samen in een plastic zak zaten. Op het moment dat ik via mijn pin betaald had kreeg ik de tubes, die uit deze zak gehaald waren, los aangeboden. Op mijn verzoek de tubes in een zakje te doen zodat ik ze samen kon meenemen, kreek ik meteen te horen dat ik dan nog eens €0,15 moest pinnen voor het zakje. Nadat ik betaald had, ging ik er vanuit dat de tubes in een plastic zakje zouden worden gedaan, doch ze werden in een papieren zakje met reclame opschrift van de gezondheidswinkel verpakt. Naderhand realiseerde ik mij, moet ik nu ook nog gaan betalen voor een papieren reclameverpakking voor een een winkel? Als er een plastic zakje om was gegaan had ik dit nog begrepen, doch dit kwam zeer klantonvriendelijk over.
Daarnaast kan men dezelfde zalf via internet DeOnlineDrogist voor een totaal bedrag van €23,96 gratis laten bezorgen. Geen leuke kennismaking met deze gezondheidswinkel in Maastricht.
When picking up four ordered tubes of Horma ointment, total cost € 27.40, in the aforementioned shop I saw that the tubes were together in a plastic bag. The moment I paid via my pin, I was offered the tubes that were taken out of this bag separately. At my request to put the tubes in a bag so that I could take them together, I immediately hear that I had to pin another € 0.15 for the bag. After I paid, I assumed that the tubes would be put in a plastic bag, but they were packed in a paper bag with health care advertising. Afterwards I realized, do I still have to pay for a paper advertising package for a store? If a plastic bag had gone around, I would have understood this, but this seemed very customer-unfriendly.
In addition, you can have the same ointment delivered online via DeOnlineDrogist for a total amount of € 23.96. Not a nice introduction to this health store in Maastricht.
