★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicepunt G4S. Afhalen en brengen poststukken. Gaat vaak prima, maar het is ook voorgekomen dat een poststuk dat daar opgehaald moest worden vermist was. Na veel telefoongesprekken werd de verantwoordelijkheid bij de verzender gelegd door Postnl. Dat is natuurlijk absurd omdat niet bekend was wie de verzender was. Toch moest ik het zelf maar uitzoeken. Daar was ik erg boos over. Zo los je het probleem niet op als bezorgers!!
Service point G4S. Collection and delivery of postal items. Often goes fine, but it has also happened that a mail item that had to be collected there was missing. After many telephone conversations, the responsibility was placed with the sender by Postnl. This is of course absurd because it was not known who the sender was. Still, I had to figure it out myself. I was very angry about that. This way you don't solve the problem as delivery drivers !!
