Geen klasse. Goedkoop met weinig kennis/kunde over producten.
Male staff bad: seems surly. Female staff seem flat
No class. Cheap with little knowledge / expertise about products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanuit Beek werd ik naar het filiaal op de Rijksweg gestuurd. Inderdaad hadden zij het drankje wat ik zocht. Maar wat een onsympathiek individu, die man!
Ik vlieg nog liever naar het land van herkomst om dáár het spul te kopen dan dat ik ooit nog een keer terug ga naar deze winkel.
Gelukkig voor mij en de andere klanten die aan de kassa stonden steekt 'chagrijnig zijn' niet aan.
From Beek I was sent to the branch on the Rijksweg. Indeed they had the drink that I was looking for. But what an unsympathetic individual, that man!
I would rather fly to the country of origin to buy the stuff there than ever go back to this store.
Fortunately for me and the other customers who were at the checkout, it doesn't light 'being grumpy'.

Meneer “CONSTATEERT” dat het gewenste artikel voor mijn volwassen zoon is en weigert enige medewerking als ik mijn id aanbied ipv een duidelijke heldere foto van zoons id. Meneer begint op een uiterst arrogante manier aan zijn betoog en eist dat we terugkomen met een id. Gemiste kans voor Gall en Gall dus.
Begrip voor het beleid en de regels maar beslist niet voor de arrogantie achter de balie en de onwil om de geboden oplossingen te accepteren.

Mr. “ACKNOWLEDGES” that the desired article is for my adult son and refuses any cooperation if I offer my ID instead of a clear and clear photo of my son's ID. Mister starts his speech in an extremely arrogant way and demands that we come back with an ID. Missed opportunity for Gall and Gall.
Understanding for the policy and the rules, but certainly not for the arrogance behind the counter and the unwillingness to accept the solutions offered.
