Geweldig wat een keuze. En een heel ervaren dame die ons heeft geholpen een aanrader.
Amazing what a choice. And a very experienced lady who helped us highly recommended.

Verkopen ging goed. Netjes geadviseerd en alles conform afspraak geleverd via onze loodgieter. Helaas is de nazorg dramatisch. Via onze loodgieter een schademelding aan onze wasbak ingediend, maar deze wordt inmiddels al 2 jaar lang (!!) niet serieus genomen door Galvano. Absoluut geen aanrader als je na de verkoop ook nog serieus behandeld wil worden.
Sales went well. Neatly advised and everything delivered as agreed via our plumber. Unfortunately, the aftercare is dramatic. A damage report submitted to our sink via our plumber, but this has not been taken seriously by Galvano for 2 years (!!). Definitely not recommended if you want to be treated seriously after the sale.

Wat een ELLENDE !!!!!! Alles met de levering ging verkeerd. Bijna 1.5 jaar bezig geweest voor de tegels. Tenslotte maar andere besteld wat ook weer traag ging met leveren. Een badkamer die niet afgewerkt kan worden door ontbrekende materialen. En dan verder nog van alles wat fout geleverd is of niet. De installateur en de kitter die niet verder kunnen en weer terug moet komen wat allemaal dubbele kosten zijn, en het feit dat ze voorlopig geen tijd hebben ivm planning.
What a misery !!!!!! Everything with the delivery went wrong. Been working on the tiles for almost 1.5 years. Finally ordered another one which was also slow with delivery. A bathroom that cannot be finished due to missing materials. And then everything else that was delivered wrong or not. The installer and the kitter who can't go any further and have to come back, which are all double costs, and the fact that they don't have time for planning for the time being.

Worst customer service ever. Their phone seems to always be busy, they have a recorded message asking you to leave your phone for a callback but they will never get back to you. Even after several emails asking for a call back, I never got one. Ridiculous prices for average products. I would say this was one of the worst customers experiences I have ever had... If they weren't the only supplier I was given by the constructor of my house, I would definitely go somewhere else... Don't waste your time...

Very unresponsive!! I tried to call them several times, no response. It only opens at 9am and in a desperate move I tried to be the first one to call in the morning. So, I called at 8h47, 8h57, automatic message saying that they were "Closed". Ok! Then, I tried at 9h10 and finally 9h30m, no one answered and then I got kind of a voicemail. I left my name, contact and purpose of call, a week has passed and I received 0 calls from them! My wife manage to reach them, but they only have working-hours appointments. The weekend and friday evening is full for more than 3 weeks. This is the worst customer experience that I have ever had in Netherlands. I must say that if our constructor didn't have already pre-selected and paid bathroom, I'd never ever choose them! Avoid it at all cost!

The worst customer service that I have experienced so far. I had ordered my bathroom via Galvano because it was the company which is working with the constructor of my house project. When the keys delivered, I didnt have the bathroom ready. There was no sink, they placed only the doucheset. The toilet was also not ready. I did my order and decided everything almost a year ago to have it ready when the house was delivered but they couldnt manage to do it on time. It was difficult to reach them via phone and they were not helpful. I had my bathroom ready 2 months after I receive the house keys!

Absolutely not recommended. This company works with the constructor of the newly built house we bought. We went to the showroom and had our (very expensive for average quality) upgrade to the standard bathroom. There was a couple of mistakes in the quotation and asked for corrections. Haven't heard of them since yet (I was there in November 2018), despite the daily calls, emails and I even started to stalk the employees on LinkedIn. Customer care is absolutely ridiculous, so we decided to go for the casco option and order the bathroom somewhere else.
