Bij aankoop werd mij eerst verteld dat het retour kan met de bon, dat zou geen probleem zijn.
Binnen een week met de orginele bon een radiateur (nog nieuw in doos) retourneren, dag voordat ik kwam ook nog voor de zekerheid gebeld en duidelijk uitgelegd wat er aan de hand was en of het retour kon, verkoper zei geen probleem kom maar langs, alleen electronica nemen we niet retour, wat het dus niet was. Volgende dag langs gegaan en het verhaal was opeens veranderd, ze weigerden retour te nemen. Eenmaal gekocht nemen ze je gewoon in de maling.

When I bought it, I was first told that it can be returned with the receipt, that would not be a problem.
Return a radiator (still new in box) within a week with the original receipt, called the day before I came to be sure and clearly explained what was going on and whether it could be returned, seller said no problem, come by, only electronics we do not take back, which it was not. Went by next day and the story had suddenly changed, they refused to take back. Once bought they just trick you.
