★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man bekommt keine Termine alles weg und man kann auch nicht anrufen oder so da geht keiner ran 2 Tage lang !!!! Nicht zu empfehlen. Man steht vor dem Geschäft und darf nicht für 30 Sekunden reingehen um etwas zu kaufen auf das man seit 2 Monaten wartet online bekommt man das auch nicht!!!!!!
 You don't get any appointments and you can't call or something like that nobody answers for 2 days !! Not recommendable. You stand in front of the shop and you are not allowed to go in for 30 seconds to buy something that you have been waiting for for 2 months online, you don't get that either !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also die gebrauchten Spiele, sollten fast das selbe kosten, wie die neuen, handeln war da Fehlanzeige, aber wenn man sein gebrauchtes Spiel verkaufen will, dann bekommt man kaum etwas dafür.
Ich bin da einmal hin und dann nie wieder....
So the used games should cost almost the same as the new ones, trading was a no-go, but if you want to sell your used game, you hardly get anything in return.
I go there once and then never again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr unfreundlich teilweise jedes mal und wollte mein Controller austauschen wo ich Garantie noch hatte und es in den store gekauft habe haben die es nicht getan da die angeblich keine mehr haben und sagen ich soll es einschicken bei Sony warscheinlich oder ist doch ein schlechter Witz bisnich ihn wieder bekomme sind Monate um . Nie wieder kaufe ich da etwas mitt Garantie. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very, very unfriendly sometimes every time and wanted to exchange my controller where I still had a guarantee and bought it in the store who didn't because they supposedly don't have any and say I should probably send it to Sony or it's a bad joke until now months are up to get him back. I will never buy anything with a guarantee again. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
