★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 2 experiences now where i have made a specific trip to a gamma in another city where their website states they have plenty of stock and you get there and they don't have any stock. Their staff seem to think it's funny for a customer to expect their stock information to be somewhat reliable, won't be relying on Gamma again after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The free parking for 45minutes underneath is nice. The bouwmarkt is quite tidy, but it has happened a few times now that products are out of stock or not available. Things that a bouwmarkt should definitely have....it felt a bit like outside of europe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I detest this Gamma. The info/customer service desk is poorly run. On one recent visit the employee said he was calling for a colleague to come assist in the tile section. Help never arrived. A second visit found an employee who could not speak English. Normally everyone speaks English because it is located in The city of peace and justice where expats and diplomats live. The employee was unfriendly and when I rephrased in Dutch he still said he could not understand. So I kept repeating it slowly until he repeated it back and then rephrased it again to put the verbs in the right place in the sentence. In the end I showed him a website on my phone in Dutch with the product and it’s name. The store did not have it. I doubt he actually checked.
Only go here if the product is not at Praxis ( 100 meters away) or if you cannot make it to Karwei. These people just didn’t care about quality and show minimal customer service skills.
