โ โ โ โ โ Verkeerd onderdeel gekocht en wil je het snel omruilen om 20:54 uur? Deur zit dicht, de (service) baliemedewerker ziet je staan en draait je de rug toe. Dan maar even bellen, sorry meneer maar de deur blijft dicht i.v.m. Coronaโฆโฆ.. Heeft Corona toch nog een voordeel voor dit akelig stuk vreten

โ โ โ โ โ Zeer onvriendelijk personeel.. 90% van het personeel is heel onvriendelijk en onervaren, en heeft echt 0,0 verstand van klussen, als je iets wil vragen laten ze duidelijk merken dat ze hier niet helemaal op zitten te wachten. Ze staan met 4 vrouwen achter de service balie en nog is de wachttijd gemiddeld een minuut of 10 terwijl er maar 2 klanten in de rij staan. Daar in tegen bij de buurman ontzettend goed geholpen en daar zijn ze ook een stuk klantvriendelijke, en daar weet elk personeelslid een antwoord voor je vraag, zo niet dan zoeken ze het op!
Dus doe geen moeite meer, maar loop gewoon een deurtje verder, daar vind je wel wat je zoekt en behandelen ze je wel als klant en niet als stoffer en blik!
Very unfriendly staff.. 90% of the staff is very unfriendly and inexperienced, and really knows nothing about odd jobs, if you want to ask something they clearly show that they are not really waiting for this. There are 4 women behind the service counter and the waiting time is on average about 10 minutes while there are only 2 customers in line. In contrast, at the neighbor very well helped and there they are also a lot customer-friendly, and there every staff member knows an answer to your question, if not, they will look it up!
So don't bother anymore, but just walk a door further, there you will find what you are looking for and they will treat you as a customer and not as a dustpan and dustpan!
