M	Manuel van der Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 26 juni deed ik een bestelling voor click en collect bij Gamma Ermelo (had betaald). Er was nog 1 product op voorraad. Ik denk voor de zekerheid bellen of het wel goed kwam. De mevrouw die ik (na een andere medewerker) aan de telefoon kreeg zei dat het product niet in de winkel lag. Ze zei... ohh je hebt via de webshop besteld, als t hier niet op voorraad is komt dat gewoon via een ander magazijn. Ik zei nog: via click en collect dus dan haal ik het bij jullie af, moeten jullie dan geen voorraad hebben? Nee hoor dat komt dan echt via een ander magazijn zei ze wat geïrriteerd. Dus ik vroeg nog: moet ik me geen zorgen maken? Want anders haal ik het bij een andere vestiging. Nee zei ze, dat komt helemaal goed! ...twee dagen later.. bestelling geannuleerd... Nu is het bij de andere vestiging ook uitverkocht, had dat dan gezegd..... Lekker duidelijkheid en verstand van zaken maarnietheus. Voorraad aanduiding slecht en de medewerkers snappen niet hoe het click en collect systeem werkt? Beschamend. On June 26, I placed an order for click and collect at Gamma Ermelo (had paid). There was still 1 product in stock. I think I'll call just to be sure. The lady I got on the phone (after another employee) said that the product was not in the store. She said... ohh you ordered through the webshop, if it's not in stock here, it will just come through another warehouse. I also said: via click and collect so I'll pick it up from you, don't you have to have stock? No, that really comes through another warehouse, she said a bit irritated. So I asked, shouldn't I be worried? Because otherwise I'll get it at another location. No, she said, that will be all right! ...two days later.. order cancelled... Now it is also sold out at the other location, would have said that..... Nice clarity and understanding, but not really. Stock indication bad and the employees do not understand how the click and collect system works? Shameful.

Ik wilde behang achter glazen deurtjes in een dressoir. Niet echt makkelijk. Maar met meedenken en meehelpen heb ik het super voor elkaar. Bedankt lieve mensen! What nice and helpful people at Gamma Ermelo! If you have a question, you will certainly be helped. I wanted wallpaper behind glass doors in a dresser. Not really easy. But thinking along and helping I have it super done. Thank you dear people!
