Tried to add things to an order and was told it will be fine to just pick it up when we arrive but then that product is out of stock. Item purchased is missing accompanying screws that should be included. Man who is dismissive of questions. Now we have new problems to solve created by their incompetence. Similar experiences previously at this store. I recommend to avoid this store and go to de Meern instead where they are professional.
