★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One month after I purchased and paid for (including the delivery) a simple garden table, Gamma has not even sent it. Both me and Post.nl have made several requests to the store to have it sent, but all they could do is say that "whenever we will send it, you will get a mail".
Here I am one month later cancelling my order. It is an extreme disappointment and will certainly consider twice before buying anything from here. Recommending this to somebody else, certainly not! I never had this problem with competitor stores.
When I ordered it the product was on sale for the last day. After that it switched to normal price and I am convinced that Gamma tried to make me cancel the order so that they would sell it at normal price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is in Dutch. Every single product. No-one to help, or, at least, it's impossible to reach someone. The girl in the help area limited to say: "Everything is there, look by yourself!". Long queue to pay (only one checkout open out of 7). To get the trolley, you need 50 cents and not 1 euro like basically the rest of every other store in Europe (too bad for an almost-coinless-society like the Dutch one). If you're going with the tram, you are forced to walked on the bike lane, pay attention.

In the past year, I have visited this branch very regularly to buy materials for renovation. I always found everything I needed.
The store is large, very well organised, and very well stocked. Despite the pandemic, Gamma operated seamlessly through the option to pick goods up.
I enjoy coming here.

Click and collect is a great idea. I hope they keep it after the store re-opens.
