★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at newly opened Gamma very disappointing. Seems that there is mostly all new personnel, which does not know were items are and how the processes work. I ordered an Item. When I fetched it, it look way too long and it was an unpleasant experience. I was sent from service desk in front to desk which handles postal packages, then back, and eventually to advice desk in store. At last someone was willing to help. Then when I wanted to pay, it was disaster again. First they demanded the order copy from me twice. I had a original signed order. Then I payed another "aanbetaling". I could have walked away with a real bargain (2/5 of the original special = 70% discount! ) but I told the store manager something was wrong. He took it up, and when he came back when I complained, he told me that I don't need to buy it. I found it rude, and paid the rest. No excuse! The Organization and Processes in new Gamma in Katwijk is not in order. I miss the pervious, more capable staff. Rather go to Karwei around the corner, or Praxis in Noordwijk nearby. By far a more pleasant experience than the new Gamma. # Newer is NOT (always) better. ???
