β β β β β Compared to my previous experiences with Korean food and BBQ, this was far below standard. It's understandable that cleaning the BBQs after each customer may be too much work for the employees. However, the parchment paper gets burnt, the food takes way too long to cook since there's no direct heat source, and everything turns into a soggy mess. Soju is overpriced. Although the restaurant was not busy, our service still took way too long. Not worth the travel time.

β β β β β Food was really great! Service was really nice. We ate vegetarian and there were plenty of options. The kimchi however, was not what we are used to, we didn't like it. Overall good experience. Price was good, even free tap water (if you order alcoholic drinks).

β β β β β Extremely bad service, there is only one table (us) eating the entire night, but they serve very slow and close the kitchen without notifying us, so we ended up with not finishing eating and forced to pay extra with buying the drinks (salty dishes). This is definitely one time visit, will never return there for eating. The owner is asking us if we want to pay with cash, not transparent with everything. I definitely will not recommend the restaurant to anyone!! Let op, if you want a bad dining experience, feel free to try it there.
Respond to the restaurant reply: Unbelievable lying about the fact. FIRST, according to the rule of RIVM, we don't need to wear a mask inside the building. and you didn't mention anything about wearing a mask! Now you start with making the lie. SECOND, I did not yell at anyone! Don't you feel guilty when you make a lie about it? I officially notify you to remove the posting about accusing me as an endanger of someone. This is a very strong statement and destroy my personal reputation! Posting defamatory comments which is to announce publicly untrue facts about the customers is illegal! If you keep doing this, I will go through my consumer legal lawyer and make this a case! In the Netherlands , we have this legal affair insurance to protect us as a vulnerable consumer! If you do care of your employee's health, why you accept cash? Cash can be an agent for virus spread, right?! You are contradicting with your own opinions!

β β β β β The serving speed is very slow, and we waited half an hour for the semi-finished products that still need to be grilled. Refused to provide tap water. The order was automatically terminated without a reminder. The attitude from this restaurantβs owner is very tough and rude, a very bad experience. Won't come again.

β β β β β Very poor experience, the food service is very slow, it takes almost half an hour to wait. Every time you need to ask for changing the paper on the baking tray, the entire restaurant is only one table of diners, this kind of service quality seems too unsatisfactory. When checking out, owner asked if we could pay in cash, which seems a bit strange.

β β β β β Very bad dining experience!! Serving very slowly and closing our ordering without notification, tricks to earn extra money!!! I definitely do not recommend this restaurant!!!
I admit that we did not wear face masks when we went to your bar (no sign), but why didn't you raise your concerns with us directly and immediately? You said that your employee's health is your top priority, but when you thought our actions endanger your staff, you didn't take any appropriate actions (tell us to wear a face mask or keep a distance of 1.5 meters). On the contrary, you stopped our order after one hour without any explanation. Is this how you protect your employees?? Sounds too fake, right??
You did not resolve our complaint about slow service. I see many other customers post the same complaints. You always talk about serving fresh food. Shouldn't it be hiring more employees (I know it costs money, so you do not want to do that), or to be honest, do not promise that customers can order 4 rounds (according to my experience, this is rather a trick that attracts customers. In the end, you know that in many cases it can not be achieved). Your response of keeping saying that you serve fresh food is just a smart way to advertise your restaurant under a negative review, not to solve the problem.
