β β β β β Afspraak gemaakt voor een beurt.
Dag 1(vrijdag) krijg ik telefoon, er zit een scheur in het carter bij de aftapplug. Nooit een druppel olie verloren en heb al mijn twijfels maar heb geen poot om op te staan.
Om kosten te drukken word het carter gelast maar pas de maandag..
Maandag eind van de middag bel ik op om de auto te halen maar dat kan nog niet want de pakking moet drogen.
Dus dinsdagmiddag (dag3) de auto gehaald met extra kosten omdat het carter gelast is.
Anderhalve week later ligt de bijna 4 liter motorolie bij mij voor de deur.
Ik bel die vrijdag op, kom hem maandag maar brengen maar niet te vroeg want dan is het druk..?!
Hoe dan zonder olie? Ik moet ook werken enzo?
Heb mijn auto laten slepen naar een andere garage die wel klant vriendelijk is en kwaliteit levert.
In ieder geval voor mij nooit meer VAKGARAGE acht!

Day 1 (Friday) I get a phone, there is a crack in the crankcase at the drain plug. Never lost a drop of oil and have all my doubts but not a leg to stand on.
To reduce costs, the crankcase is welded, but only on Monday.
Monday at the end of the afternoon I call to pick up the car but that is not yet possible because the gasket has to dry.
So on Tuesday afternoon (day 3) we picked up the car with extra costs because the crankcase is welded.
A week and a half later, the almost 4 liters of engine oil is at my door.
I will call that Friday, bring it on Monday, but not too early because it will be busy ..?!
How without oil? I also have to work and stuff?
Have my car towed to another garage that is customer friendly and delivers quality.
In any case, never again for me VAKGARAGE eight!
