R	Robbie Spelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine schade binnen een uur vrijwel onzichtbaar hersteld. Ik wilde eigenlijk laten overspuiten maar dat hoefde helemaal niet. Erg goede vakgarage in mijn opinie. Minor damage repaired almost invisibly within an hour. I actually wanted to have it repainted, but I didn't have to. Very good garage in my opinion.
J	Jimmy Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto met lekkage aan passagierskant gebracht naar Metropool. Vrijdag gebracht met de vraag of ze er naar konden kijken en wat de eventuele kosten zouden zijn. Uiteraard wil ik voorhand weten wat het ongeveer zal gaan kosten. Daarna geen enkele communicatie of terugkoppeling omtrent de kosten. Maandag gebeld dat het gerepareerd was en dat het meer dan €600 moet gaan kosten?! Ze konden er nog iets van de prijs afhalen. En daar sta je dan een verrassend hoog factuur af te tikken. Communicatief een dikke onvoldoende! Car with leakage on passenger side brought to Metropool. Brought Friday with the question if they could look at it and what the possible costs would be. Of course I want to know in advance what it will cost. After that no communication or feedback regarding the costs. Called Monday that it was repaired and that it should cost more than € 600 ?! They could still pick something off the price. And there you are ticking a surprisingly high invoice. Communicative a big fail!

J	JJ Feliz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne schone en ruime garage en niet te duur. Ik werd direct naar mijn auto gekeken en na een uurtje was het probleem verholpen. Gelijk een afspraak gemaakt voor een apk-keuring waarbij ze niets konden vinden en dus ook geen extra kosten. Ik kom hier zeker terug! Nice clean and spacious garage and not too expensive. I was immediately looked at my car and after an hour the problem was solved. Immediately made an appointment for an MOT inspection where they could not find anything and therefore no extra costs. I will come back here for sure!

Helaas aanmerkelijk duurder dan bij Tesla zelf en veel duurder dan vooraf ingeschat: rekening van bijna 500 euro terwijl recent hendel aan de andere zijde via Tesla voor 340 euro laten vervangen. Tesla door handle replaced. Unfortunately, considerably more expensive than at Tesla itself and much more expensive than estimated in advance: bill of almost 500 euros, while recently had the lever on the other side replaced via Tesla for 340 euros.

A	Andre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. These guys are fantastic. I've been fed up with Tesla's service for years and I'm so happy I found Metropool. I'll never go back to Tesla unless I absolutely have to. Abdullah and his team are absolute experts and do whatever it takes to get the job done. They fixed all issues I've had with my car (while Tesla said they couldn't find the problem, for years), and did so at a fraction of the costs. Highly recommended!
