Helaas kreeg de scootmobiel pech en kan er niet meer op gereden worden. Contact proberen op te nemen met Garant Mobility. Na een aantal keren op verschillende moment en verschillende dagen bellen, geen contact.Na eindelijk contact de belofte om terug gebeld te worden. Dit is NIET gebeurt. Zelf maar weer contact opgenomen, werd er weer gezegd dat er terug gebeld zou worden, na enige tijd wachten inderdaad teruggebeld. Er werd zeer onvriendelijk opgenomen met de vraag waarom er 4x gebeld moest worden voordat wij zelf de telefoon op namen. Zelf zijn wij heel vaak aan het bellen geweest en er werd door Garant Mobility zelf bijna niet opgenomen. Na dit onprettig begin van het gesprek ging het verder bergafwaarts. Mevrouw van Garant Mobility kon op magische wijze door haar glazen bol zien dat de accu's van de scootmobiel kapot waren (er is nooit iemand bij ons thuis komen kijken wat er aan de hand is met de scootmobiel) Als wij willen dat de scootmobiel gerepareerd word er even leuk €50,- voorrijkosten bij zouden komen en de rest van de kosten zouden we nog te horen krijgen. We zitten BINNEN het jaar garantie. GA HIER NOOIT WAT KOPEN! Je wordt onbeschoft behandeld en gewoon als oud vuil aan de kant gezet. Outrageous how you are treated here as a customer! We are WITHIN the year guarantee. NEVER GO HERE TO BUY! You will be treated rude and simply put aside as old dirt.

Mijn vader heeft een hoog/laag bed voor mijn moeder gekocht in de winkel bij garant mobility, echter in gebruik bleek deze totaal ongeschikt voor mijn moeder, mijn vader is verkeerd voorgelicht, maar de garantie is tot aan de deur helaas, "als u een bed via internet had gekocht dan had u 2 weken bedenktijd maar bij een winkelaankoop niet" Ze willen er gewoon niets aan doen en gooien de telefoon erop. Daarnaast heeft mijn vader voor het goede doel een fiets meegegeven die later zo bleek voor 275,- euro in de winkel te koop werd aangeboden... Het bedrijf zit naast het Maasstad ziekenhuis, ze profiteren van de naam van het ziekenhuis en wekken hiermee de schijn dat het bij het ziekenhuis hoort en dus wel vertrouwd is, helaas geen nazorg en het voelt als oplichterij! Ik zeg geen zaken mee doen, ze profiteren van ouderen en kwetsbare mensen!! reactie op de reactie van de eigenaar... Mijn vader is welgeteld een kwartier in de winkel geweest en is volledig afgegaan op de expertise van de verkoper! Deze meneer / dit bedrijf heeft een bed verkocht dat niet geschikt is voor het verplegen van mijn moeder door de thuiszorg! Mijn vader dacht ook nog een nieuw bed uit de winkel gekocht te hebben maar het bed bleek een (andere dan in de winkel) occasion te zijn, toen mijn vader dit zei was de reactie " u heeft toch niet gevraagd of het bed nieuw was" het bed zit met ducktape aan elkaar, rubbers los, schroeven ontbreken etc kortom een onprofessionele praatjesmaker die niet bereid is tot enig compromis! GEEN ZAKEN MEE DOEN! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT GARANT MOBILITY !! Mijn vader van 88 heeft al meerdere problemen ondervonden aan zijn "nieuwe" scootmobiel, heeft úren zitten wachten omdat ze deze op zouden komen halen. Er worden gouden bergen beloofd maar er wordt NIETS van waargemaakt!!! Garantie tot aan de deur... ?? Je bent volledig machteloos omdat ze MALING aan je hebben! Very very poor service. Do not follow any appointment! NEVER buy anything that is guaranteed because they don't give at home! My father of 88 has already encountered several problems with his "new" mobility scooter, has been waiting for hours because they would come and collect it. Helaas is de accu niet goed meer en is 5 jaar oud volgens de fabriek terwijl mobility garant beweert dat er een nieuwe accu is ingegaan Wie moeten wij nu geloven ? Er zit een tic in, rijd niet snel genoeg, zou ook nieuwe accu’s krijgen, niet gebeurt, mijn zoon heeft foto’s van de nummers genomen. Heb gezegd dat het geen nieuwe is, maar meneer haalt ze van de beurs. Nieuw? Elastiek waarmee de klep vastzit gerafeld, achter de klep allemaal bladeren, dus nooit splinternieuwe geweest. Ook steeds gelogen over de snelheid. Nee deze zaak is niet te vertrouwen, dus zal er ook nooit meer komen Bought my scooter from guarantee mobility, March 2018.
