S	Scoutdoor Online on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ook dit is weer eens een brdrijf die veel beloofd maar niks nakomt. Wekenlang heb ik nagevraagd wanneer de bestelling dan eindelijk eens wordt geleverd. Geen reactie, alleen dat de bestelling werd geannuleerd met de opmerking dat de bestelling niet kan worden geleverd. En dat terwijl het product volgens de webshop op voorraad was. Gelukkig zijn er ook serieuze alternatieven. This is again a company that promises a lot but does not deliver. For weeks I checked when the order was finally delivered. No response, only that the order was canceled with the comment that the order cannot be delivered. And that while the product was in stock according to the webshop. Fortunately there are also serious alternatives.

Despite many negative reviews still ordered here. Not a bad experience itself. Everything was packed well and shipped quickly. Received everything and good quality.

Verzendkosten klopten trouwens ook niet, maar dat is voor mij niet zo belangrijk. Ben dus niet echt blij met dit bedrijf. Ordered a pump on Monday 23/8, was in stock and a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days. After that, nothing more and there is no response to my emails. Shipping costs were also wrong, but that is not so important to me. So am not really happy with this company.

Volgens de website waren mijn bestelde items op voorraad, maar helaas kreeg ik na 2 weken bericht dat de spullen niet leverbaar zijn. Vervolgens de order geannuleerd en vervolgens wacht ik nu 2 weken op mijn geld. Telefonisch zijn ze zeer slecht bereikbaar, alleen van 14:00 tot 16:00 en dan sta je in de wacht. Per email meerdere malen gevraagd wanneer het geld wordt teruggestort, maar de enige reactie die komt is: z.s.m. Inmiddels zijn we bijna 4 weken verder en wacht ik nog op de terugstorting. Het toppunt is dat ondertussen de door mij bestelde items op de website gewoon op 'Op voorraad' staan. Niets bestellen bij deze website. De informatie op de website is onbetrouwbaar, de communicatie slecht en het is maar afwachten of je ooit je spullen of je geld ontvangt. Kunt beter even verder kijken, er zijn alternatieven genoeg. The top point is that in the meantime the items ordered by me on the website are simply on 'In stock'. Do not order anything from this website. The information on the website is unreliable, the communication is poor and it remains to be seen whether you ever receive your belongings or your money. Better look a little further, there are plenty of alternatives.

Ik had een tuinslang haspel gekocht bij tuin en water, maar deze was al kapot voordat hij uit de verpakking kwam. Ik neem contact op met het bedrijf, maar deze zeggen dat het niet hun probleem is. Ze willen het product wel laten repareren door een ander bedrijf, maar dat zou ik zelf moeten betalen. Dus zelfs de wettelijke garantie weigeren ze te geven. Volgens mij verkopen ze kapotte of afgekeurde artikelen door, en doen alsof hun neus bloed zodra het niet goed is. Het is misselijkmakend. Pay attention! These are scammers! Company engages in internet fraud. I had bought a garden hose reel from garden and water, but it was already broken before it came out of the package. I contact the company but they say it is not their problem. They would like to have the product repaired by another company, but I would have to pay for that myself. So even the legal guarantee they refuse to give. I think they resell broken or rejected items, and pretend their noses bleed when it's not right. It's nauseating.

I paid around 90 euros for my sprinklers, they never arrived, I wrote and they replied in a sentence that I never paid. I called and they finally realized the money was sitting with their intermediary, they needed to go and approve the payment (something about me paying with a foreign card). They failed to approve in time, so they only offered to return the money within 2 months. I accepted because it wasn't a lot of money, but I am still waiting, still trying to contact them and they still fail to solve my problem and return my money since they never gave me any products. Be really careful with this company if you plan to buy from them.
