It is a beautiful location to visit, but unfortunately the light keeper's house annex coffee house is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima vergaderplek op een heel bijzonder locatie, de oude haven van Oud Emmeloord op de hoofdpunt van het voormalige eiland Schokland, thans UNESCO Wereld Erfgoed.
Great meeting place in a very special location, the old port of Oud Emmeloord on the main point of the former island of Schokland, now UNESCO World Heritage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place for a cup of coffee or some icecream. Very friendly service. Open during the holidays on saturday and sunday from 12-5 PM. You can park the car in the nearby carpark and walk over. Lovely piece of Dutch history
