Een zeer gewaardeerde collega die voor elk kind een plaats in haar hart heeft. Ook binnen de gastouderbureaus heeft Melissa een pracht portfolio opgebouwd. Er is veel mogelijk binnen haar kinderopvang. Melissa neemt de tijd voor kind en ouder. Bij Melissa staat liefde , veiligheid hoog in het vaandel. Ook ga ik met Melissa veel naar cursussen en workshops om zo goed in te kunnen spelen op het kind. Bij deze workshops moet je denken aan hoe cognitief de kinderen te prikkelen , hoe eventuele achterstanden te herkennen maar ook omgaan met peuters en kleuters. Kortom een gastouder die met haar tijd mee gaat. En dus de ontwikkelingen binnen de gastouder wereld goed bij houdt en hier ook op anticipeert. Kortom een toppertje
