★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langer dan een maand na inschrijving kwam het eerste contact: Een factuur van €32,50 inschrijfkosten. Er was geen contact geweest met het bureau noch gastouders van het bureau in die tijd. Verzoek om de inschrijving te annuleren en de inschrijfkosten teniet te doen resulteerden in een dreiging met €150 annuleringskosten.
Na lang over en weer mailen hebben we uiteindelijk niets hoeven te betalen en zijn we uitgeschreven. Nu, een maand na uitschrijving, krijgen we ineens wel aanbiedingen voor gastouders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to contact them in june many times. Nobody picks up phones, nobody answers emails, nobody reads Whatsapp messages. I went to the adress and I met very frieldly women who never gave me any call after our meeting and never pick up the phone.
Ridiculous and unprofessional...
