★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Slechte Service!! Ik probeer al sinds maandag mezelf in te schrijven op het platform, maar telkens word dit geweigerd, zonder enige REDEN! Heb me ID opgestuurt + een selfie + stroom vacature met address. Heb alle dagen mails naar het Platform verstuurd waar ik telkens een automatisch antwoord op kreeg. Vervolgens toch iemand van de service bali weten te contacteren via mail. Ook deze persoon reageert niet meer op mijn verstuurde berichten, terwijl deze in het begin wel meteen reageerde op mijn mails. Super Slechte Service!! Ik zal jullie aan iedereen af raden om te gebruiken. Gelukkig zijn er andere platforms die de klanten wel serieus nemen.
Super Bad Service !! I've been trying to register myself on the platform since Monday, but every time this is refused, without any REASON! Have my ID sent + a selfie + flow job with address. Have sent all days mails to the Platform where I always received an automatic reply. Then contact someone from the service bali via e-mail. This person also stops responding to my messages, while in the beginning it immediately reacted to my e-mails. Super Bad Service !! I will advise you against everyone to use. Fortunately, there are other platforms that take the customers seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk concept....tot het mis gaat! Op dit moment ben ik al 2 dagen aan het wachten op een reactie na melding van inbraak door de huurder. Gaat om een schade van duizenden euro's. Heb al 2x contact gezocht en kreeg 2x een email dat ze me gaan bellen. De sterren zullen aangepast worden nav komende dagen....hopelijk komen ze in beweging door deze review...?

Komt erop neer dat in geval van vermissing/diefstal de huurder eigen risico heeft van minimaal 40% (als verzekering 60% betaalt). Als verhuurder loop je dus risico dat huurder niet kan betalen. Beste is dus een borg van 40% vragen. Mocht verzekering niet betalen, is het aan de verhuurder om schade te verhalen bij huurder. Service?
Nice concept....until it goes wrong! At the moment I have been waiting for a response for 2 days after reporting a burglary by the tenant. The damage is thousands of euros. I've contacted them twice and received an email twice that they're going to call me. The stars will be adjusted in the coming days...hopefully they will move through this review...?

This means that in the event of loss/theft, the tenant has a deductible of at least 40% (if insurance pays 60%). As a landlord, you run the risk that the tenant will not be able to pay. So it is best to ask for a 40% deposit. If insurance does not pay, it is up to the landlord to recover damage from the tenant. Service?
