De akoestiek van de zaal is erg goed, er kunnen maximaal 90 mensen in, dus geschikt voor intiemere gelegenheden, de stoelen zitten heel comfortabel. Men heeft een wisselende expositie en parkeerruimte om de hoek.
Various activities take place in the Vlam building, including concerts by De Korenwinde. The acoustics of the room are very good, it can accommodate up to 90 people, so suitable for more intimate occasions, the seats are very comfortable. There is a changing exhibition and parking space around the corner.
