★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog nooit zo'n onvriendelijk personeel meegemaakt. Ene Lizzy staat daar aan het loket bij de aanmelding en begint al te zuchten als je binnenkomt. Snauwt tegen je alsof je een hond bent. Personeel heeft een communicatie training nodig!
Never experienced such an unfriendly staff. One Lizzy is there at the counter at the registration and starts to sigh when you enter. Snaps at you like you're a dog. Staff needs communication training!
