D	Denny Schouten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opzich wordt je goed door de artsen en verpleegkundigen geholpen/gehoord. Maar wat betreft patiënt vriendelijkheid mag er flink aan geschroefd worden. Ben zelf longpatient en heb een uitzonderings kaartje. Laat het trouw zien,ondanks dat werd ik paar keer geweigerd terwijl ik belangrijke afspraken had en dan wordt je sommigen personeel gewoon recht in je gezicht uitgelachen. Nu na veel klagen en overleg met gelre Apeldoorn waar wel alles normaal met uitzondering,s kaart verloopt. Loopt het eindelijk in Zutphen ook goed. You will be properly helped / heard by the doctors and nurses. But with regard to patient friendliness, there is a lot to be done. I am a lung patient myself and have an exception card. Faithfully show it, despite that I got turned down a few times while I had important appointments and then some of your staff just get laughed right in your face. Now after a lot of complaining and consultation with gelre Apeldoorn where everything is normal with the exception, s card. Is it finally going well in Zutphen?
M	Melody Pang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afdeling cardioloog verdient veel meer dan deze 5 sterren. Ze werken met hart en ziel. Met veel empathie voor de familie Pang Opa werd eerst opgenomen in de ic (niet ivm corona) en daarna overgeplaatst naar de afdeling cardioloog. Sinds de situatie zeer ernstig was zijn, we met de hele familie hem bezoeken. Maar in verband met de corona regels was dit normaal niet toegestaan. We zijn tot een oplossing gekomen om toch opa te kunnen zien De empathie van alle personeel hielp ons echt in deze moeilijke tijden. Heel fijn dat jullie ook er voor ons zijn! Department of cardiologist deserves much more than these 5 stars. They work with heart and soul. With great empathy for the Pang family Grandpa was first admitted to the IC (not due to corona) and then transferred to the cardiologist department. Since the situation was very serious, we visit him with the whole family. But due to the corona rules, this was normally not allowed. We have come to a solution to be able to see grandpa anyway The empathy of all the staff really helped us through these difficult times. It's great that you're there for us too!
G	Gabriëlle Ton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijn ziekenhuis. Het verplegend personeel. De anesthesist en anesthesioloog, de gynacoloog, operatieverpleegkundigen allemaal waren ze even vriendelijk. Ook het keukenpersoneel. Echt een top ziekenhuis. Bedankt lieve mensen voor de goede zorg. What a nice hospital. The nursing staff. They were equally friendly to the anaesthesiologist and anaesthesiologist, gynacologist, operating nurses. Also the kitchen staff. Really a top hospital. Thank you dear people for taking good care.

Mijn moeder is vorige week geprikt ( door een jonge dame) zonder het gebruik van een stuwband en er werd niet gevraagd een vuist te maken. Gevolg erg blauwe en pijnlijk arm. Net contact gehad met het lab hierover en de situatie uitgelegd. Voor mijn gevoel werd er niet geluisterd en er werd letterlijk gezegd. Ja hier kunnen we niks meer mee. Terwijl ik toch echt van mening ben dat verpleegkundige hun werkzaamheden volgens de protocollen moeten verrichten en als zij dat niet doen er misschien een betere scholing zou moeten zijn. Bij het Gelre doen ze er blijkbaar niks aan, maar bij deze een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee. Laat je liever ergens anders prikken en mocht je je echt bij dit onprofessionele ziekenhuis laten prikken..zorg ervoor dat ze een stuwband aanbrengen en dat ze je een vuist laten maken. Warning!!! Very bad experience at the prikpost Gelre Zutphen. My mother was poked last week (by a young lady) without the use of a thruster and was not asked to make a fist. Result very blue and painful arm. Just contacted the lab about this and explained the situation. In my opinion, no one listened and literally said. Yes, we can't do anything with this anymore. While I really do believe that nurses should carry out their work according to the protocols and if they don't, maybe there should be better training. Apparently they don't do anything about it at Gelre, but with this one a forewarned counts for two. Rather get punctured elsewhere and if you really do get punctured at this unprofessional hospital…make sure they put on a truss band and make you make a fist.
p	pietje puk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slecht ziekenhuis! Laten mensen met epileptische klachten gewoon 3 weken met pijn zitten. Vergeten afspraken in te plannen. Houden totaal geen rekening met de patiënt en als je er wat van zegt, dan gooien ze de hoorn erop. 2 extra aanvallen dankzij dat ziekenhuis! En nog steeds niet geholpen.... What a bad hospital! Let people with epileptic complaints just sit with pain for 3 weeks. Forgot to schedule appointments. They don't take the patient into account at all and if you say something about it, they throw the receiver up. 2 extra attacks thanks to that hospital! And still no help....

Je moet er zijn voor je gezondheid en dan vragen boor t parkeren zoveel geld Excellent care. Very friendly people. A very big disadvantage is that you have to pay for parking every time. And not just a little bit. Scandalous. You have to be there for your health and then ask for parking so much money
