T	Thomas Gussekloo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service. Vandaag langs geweest voor het verlengen van een paspoort voor mijn Dochter. Dat kon niet omdat er nog een ID kaart in omloop zou zijn die ID kaart hebben we al een jaar of 4 niet meer. De balie medewerker stuurde ons daarop weg. We konden volgens haar geen nieuw paspoort aanvragen als we de ID kaart niet konden tonen. Ik heb bij thuiskomst meteen gebeld met 14 010 om te vragen of dit de normale gang van zaken is. De gene aan de telefoon was nogal verbaasd. met een geldig paspoort kan je gewoon een nieuw paspoort aanvragen. Als er nog een ID kaart was dan had de balimedewerkser op zn minst een formulier van vermissing moeten laten tekenen en dan had de paspoort aanvraag gewoon door kunnen gaan. Nu moeten we weer opnieuw een afspraak plannen. en dat kan pas over 3 weken weer! FIJN Deelgemeente feijenoord! Very poor service. Today visited for the extension of a passport for my Daughter. That was not possible because there would still be an ID card in circulation, which ID card we have not had for 4 years. The desk employee sent us away. According to her, we could not apply for a new passport if we could not show the ID card. When I got home I immediately called 14 010 to ask if this is the normal course of events. Reken op minimaal 3 uur wachttijd en minimaal 1 uur Om een reisdocument aan te vragen inschrijven in de stadsadministratie ben ik ook halve dag mee bezig geweest. lopen wel 6 beveiligers rond die je prima aan een nummertje helpen. Nooit meer reis liever naar Capelle This city shop is best avoided! Count on a minimum of 3 hours of waiting time and a minimum of 1 hour. T	T T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dichtbij metro Maashaven. Prima geholpen door de balie dame. Maar het herentoilet, wie heeft bedacht om de papier dispenser links op te hangen. Ik kon niet rechtop staan. Hang dat apparaat rechts of desnoods boven de wc pot. Close to the Maashaven metro. Great help from the front desk lady. But the men's room, who came up with the idea to hang the paper dispenser on the left. I couldn't stand up straight. Hang that device on the right or above the toilet bowl if necessary.
