★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen reactie. Duurt soms weken tot maanden voordat je antwoord krijgt. Je krijgt toezeggingen die niet nagekomen worden. En ze laten duidelijk blijken dat zij mij niet willen helpen om weer aan het werk te komen.
 No reaction. Sometimes it takes weeks to months before you get an answer. You get commitments that are not kept. And they clearly show that they don't want to help me get back to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gementee staff occupy a huge place that they do not need (for my taxes! that i pay!) without any help to me. The first time of my life I had to face the staff of this administration body that is not interested in helping applicants. The employees have no idea that, for example, a birth certificate issued in some countries (UK for instance) only once in a lifetime, and asked me to bring another, recent one that is impossible. And they do not listen and not consult with other gementees of the big cities who is more experienced about such cases.. Their reticence and narrow-mindedness do not allow efficiently resolving issues for the adaptation of highly-skilled migrants and expats. What surprised me even more that despite the absence of people at rush hour in the building, the staff shows off like extremely busy and refuse to accept and provide assistance without an appointment. It is not helpful personnel in the Veenendaal Gementee, and I would advise other people to apply in other city halls, not using this "village'' , purely managed administration body. Not surprised it has such a low rating.
