★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb 45 min lang geprobeerd GKB te bereiken. Tussen de één en twee min wordt de verbinding verbroken. Je krijgt dus niet de kans om te wachten al zou je willen. Zet dan ook niet op het internet dat jullie geopend zijn t/m twee uur.
Ik heb gebeld met het telefoonnummer die u in mijn reactie heeft gezet en dan zijn er geen opties om voor een afdeling te kiezen. En voor die vijf uren dat jullie open zijn, vind ik dat jullie slecht bereikbaar zijn.
En het is trouwens mvr Wijs.
Tried to reach GKB for 45 mins. The connection is broken between one and two minutes. So you don't get the chance to wait even if you wanted to. Do not put on the internet that you are open until two o'clock.
I called the phone number you put in my response and then there are no options to choose a department. And for those five hours you're open, I think you're hard to reach.
