The guys went on vacation for 17 days, therefore the office was closed and to pick up the parcel in time was not possible. Directly after the office was opened again, I called and the staff assured me that I still can receive the package, but when I tried to do it they refused to give it due to "the storage period of 14 days was expired". The parcel will be sent back and no excuse is given.
