j	joris Legerstee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistente moest lachen om diagnose over de voicemail. Alles behalve professioneel, probeer deze praktijk ten koste van alles te ontwijken. Enorm respectloos en onprofessioneel gedrag. Assistant laughed at diagnosis about voicemail. Anything but professional, try to avoid this practice at all costs. Enormously disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
S	Suus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaak later dan 8.00 bereikbaar soms moet je half uur lang wachten tot ze bereikbaar zijn. Wat erg vervelend is als je veel pijn hebt maar geen doodsbedreiging vormd. Er werken Twee (tot nu toe twee gesproken) uiterste assistenten, een jonge dame en een wat volwassener vrouw. Die jonge dame is vaak kortaf en wordt je niet altijd fijn door geholpen, mocht ik weer huisartsbezoek nodig hebben en zij neemt op vraag ik liever naar haar collega. Zij is heel meelevend en daadkrachtig zorgt er voor dat je echt krijgt wat je nodig hebt en daarbij een fijn gerust gevoel terwijl ze met je praat! Two (so far two spoken) extreme assistants work there, a young lady and a somewhat more mature woman. That young lady is often curt and you are not always pleasantly helped by, if I need a GP visit again and she prefers to take her colleague on demand. She is very compassionate and decisive ensures that you really get what you need and a nice peace of mind while she talks to you!
S	S Dwarka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Buckley is heel kundig en luistert goed. We zitten al jaren bij deze praktijk en over de andere artsen zijn we ook zeer tevreden. Allen prettig in de omgang. Soms wachttijd voordat de telefoon wordt opgenomen wat lang. Dr. Buckley is very skilled and listens well. We have been at this practice for years and we are also very satisfied with the other doctors. All pleasant to deal with. Sometimes waiting time before the phone is answered a bit long.

Ook over Dr. Groen met wie zij samen werkt zijn wij erg te spreken. Beiden zijn zeer vakkundig als huisarts en nemen alle tijd om de klachten te begrijpen en een passende oplossing te vinden . Het is praktisch dat je ook terecht kunt voor bloedafname en er is een diëtiste indien nodig. Wij vinden het een fijne huisartsenpraktijk. My wife and I have been patients with Dr. Buckley for several years. We are very satisfied with this GP. Also about Dr. We are very pleased with who she works with. Both are very skilled as a general practitioner and take their time to understand the complaints and find a suitable solution. It is practical that you can also have a blood test and a dietician is available if necessary. We think it is a great GP practice.
C	CM S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie. Zelf moeten bellen voor mijn uitslag, uiteindelijk durft de assistent nog te zeggen dat het goed nieuws is want het is negatief... Ja leuk maar ik heb nog steeds klachten.. Maak ik een afspraak kom ik daar na 20 min uitloop vraag ik hoe het zit. Zegt de assistent ik zal nog even melden dat je er bent. Na 40 min nog niet geroepen meld ik mij weer aan bij de assistent blijkt het dat ik een bel afspraak heb. Alsnog slecht want ook dan had ik allang gebeld moeten worden plus de communicatie is zeer slecht en dit is niet de eerste keer!! Bad communication. Had to call myself for my results, in the end the assistant still dares to say that it is good news because it is negative... Yes, nice but I still have complaints.. I make an appointment, I will be there after 20 minutes of delay, I ask how it sits. The assistant says I'll let you know that you're there. After 40 minutes I still have not been called, I report to the assistant again, it turns out that I have a call appointment. Still bad because even then I should have been called a long time ago plus the communication is very bad and this is not the first time!!

What I really dislike is the fact that this behaviour is "normal" !! To be fair, Dr. Buckly is very kind and caring which I why I gave 2 starts.
