Maatregelen in verband met het coronavirus
In verband met de verdere verspreiding van het coronavirus hebben we enkele maatregelen moeten treffen:
-Er is vanaf geen inloopspreekuur meer.
-De voordeur van de praktijk wordt geopend nadat u zich heeft gemeld via de intercom.
-U kunt een afspraak maken na telefonisch overleg.
-Komt u voor een afspraak van uw kind of partner zonder luchtwegklachten, maar u hebt zelf wel luchtwegklachten dan verzoeken we u niet binnen te komen.
-Bestel uw herhaalrecepten zoveel mogelijk online
Waarom deze maatregelen
We begrijpen dat de maatregelen tot hinder kunnen leiden.
We nemen deze maatregelen om virusoverdracht in onze praktijk te voorkomen. We zorgen er zo voor dat onze wachtkamer virusvrij blijft zodat u bij ons niet besmet kunt raken.

Normally I do not post a review, but I have never experienced anything like this with a GP. She seems to be sitting there. She shows absolutely no interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen interesse en niet klantvriendelijk. Ik ben weggestuurd bij het spreekuur. Ik heb echt moeite gedaan om te komen omdat ik heel veel werk en weinig tijd heb en dan word ik zonder pardon weggestuurd. Ik was precies op tijd. En de wachtkamer was helemaal leeg! De reden was ook niet duidelijk en de manier waarop ik werd weggestuurd was ook vreselijk. Ik voel me echt niet serieus genomen. Ik ga een andere huisarts zoeken.
No interest and not customer friendly. I was dismissed at the consultation hour. I really made an effort to come because I have a lot of work and little time and then I am sent away without mercy. I was right on time. And the waiting room was completely empty! The reason was also not clear and the way I was sent away was also terrible. I really don't feel taken seriously. I'm going to find another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze huisartsenpraktijk. Helemaal eens met de andere reviews: absoluut geen interesse in het serieus nemen en oplossen van mijn problemen, alles moet zelf geregeld worden, elke vraag lijkt er één te veel en van receptie tot huisarts erg uitermate onvriendelijk.
Lousy GP practice. Totally agree with the other reviews: absolutely no interest in taking my problems seriously and solving my problems, everything has to be arranged by myself, every question seems one too many and from reception to GP very unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the doctors in this practice varies a lot. Pick the younger ones if you have to go here, as they are more eager to think with you and solve your problems.
Otherwise, it's pretty inconvenient to deal with this practice, generally speaking. Online reservation system keeps breaking and running again, medication records get lost and then reappear, they cancel appointments without informing you, and there is often no real followup.
Moreover, you have to fight with them to be referred to a specialist, even for matters that they are clearly not competent in. I know this is an issue in The Netherlands in general, but this one is quite phenomenal. You literally need to extort it out of them, if you have the character to do so.
The two stars belong to Dr. Rosa Schroth, with whom I have had an excellent experience.
