I DO NOT RECOMMEND PSEUDO COMPANY !! Faster trip to Poland = not paying money .. They impose penalties for failure to comply with the notice period.
L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorig jaar gewerkt bij Genson via een uitzendbureau. Hierbij mijn perspectief op mijn werkervaring bij dit bedrijf. Het zijn lange dagen waarbij je continue moet doorwerken, dit waren ook nogal saaie werkzaamheden. Ik snap goed dat dat werk moet gebeuren, en ik wist waarvoor ik mezelf had opgegeven. Wat mij echter stoort is dat deze werkgever voor zijn werknemers geen enkele waardering toont. Niet eens een compliment kan er van af. Terwijl je wel de hele dag in de buitenlucht werkt. Het toppunt was toen we de hele dag buiten in een weiland afval moesten rapen zonder prikker. Op een dag kwam ook eens een eigenaar kijken. Hij gaf een preek dat we niet hard genoeg doorwerkten; terwijl we hem nog nooit eerder hadden gezien. Al met al hing er een erge, negatieve sfeer. Zeker na zijn onnodige speech. Zonder medewerkers heb je geen bedrijf. Een positief werkklimaat is erg belangrijk want goede resultaten behaal je samen en niet op deze manier. Wat ik hoop voor de toekomst is dat er meer wordt gekeken naar het werkgeluk van medewerkers en iets kleins zoals een waterijsje op een warme dag. Al met al ben ik blij dat ik hier niet (meer) werk. Ze kweken wel lekkere aardbeien. Last year worked at Genson through an employment agency. Here is my perspective on my work experience at this company. These are long days where you have to work continuously, these were also quite boring work. I understand that that work has to be done, and I knew what I had signed up for myself. What bothers me, however, is that this employer does not show any appreciation for its employees. Not even a compliment can be taken away. While you do work outdoors all day. The pinnacle was when we had to collect waste all day outside in a meadow without a spike. One day an owner came to have a look. He gave a sermon that we were not working hard enough; while we had never seen him before. All in all, there was a very negative atmosphere. Especially after his unnecessary speech. You don't have a company without employees. A positive work climate is very important because good results are achieved together and not in this way. What I hope for the future is that more attention will be paid to employee happiness at work and something small such as an ice cream on a hot day. All in all, I am glad that I do not work here (anymore). They do grow tasty strawberries.

Pranie z całego hotelu jest składane w worki i prane wszystko razem a jak chcesz sama uprać to musisz pobrać aplikację i doładować za 20 euro to jest nie normalne. Na starym hotelu zero ogrzewania.W pracy żądza Polaczki Ciecie!!! Dostaliśmy po jednej maseczce Pani z biura powiedziela że musimy sobie zakupić sami w sklepie. W pracy jest mobing Cieć chodzi i pilnuje słyszy się tylko tempo tempo. Przyjeżdżają tam same przydupasy i lizusy i podpierdalacze.To jest praca akordowa za którą nawet nie dopłacają za nadgodziny. Niech sobie sami zapierdalaj za te pieniądze. Jebani naganiacze. Nikomu nie polecam tam jechać do pracy I do not recommend anyone working there, it is a work camp. Financial penalties are imposed on the faster exit to Poland. I travelled and organized everything to ritch there as we had agreed and few days before the first working day i received and email from her saying that she did not need me anymore... so.. really ??! Now im happy that i did not go, I imagine what kind of people they are. Thanks magda for cancelling me.
