★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een behoorlijke lijst met materialen die ik graag wilde kopen. Daarvan hoorde niets tot het winkelassortiment. Online zou het deels wel verkrijgbaar zijn.
Maar ik vind levering via de Gerstaeckerwebshop niet zo prettig. Hun leveringen zijn erg lang onderweg omdat het uit Duitsland komt. Ergo deze webshop is altijd de laatste die ik kies (wel een prettige site!).
Hulp in de winkel was overigens uitstekend. Er werd meegedacht over alternatieven. Maar daar had ik mijn zinnen niet op gezet.
 I had quite a list of materials that I was eager to buy. None of that belonged to the store assortment. It would be partly available online.
But I don't like delivery via the Gerstaecker webshop. Their deliveries take a very long time because it comes from Germany. Ergo this webshop is always the last one I choose (a nice site!).
Help in the store was excellent, by the way. Alternatives were considered. But I hadn't set my mind on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring met jullie medewerkster vandaag, de 23ste augustus. Niet behulpzaam, grof, wil niet meedenken, en kan alleen maar verwijzen naar de website. Het bedrijf wil ook niet meewerken aan BTW teruggaaf voor buitenlands woonachtigen. Op dit moment heb ik alles gevonden wat ik nodig heb online, en met BTW teruggaaf. Dat kan ik anderen ook alleen maar aanraden.
Very bad experience with your employee today, the 23rd of August. Not helpful, rude, does not want to think along, and can only refer to the website. The company also does not want to cooperate with VAT refunds for foreign residents. At the moment I have found everything I need online, and with VAT refund. I can only recommend that to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of this shop. It is very close to our home. I like the assortment what i see there. They have now full pan pastel palette in shop, not only online. I can say this shop itself mostly oriented on painters, not hobbymakers. Pity they haven't pencils which i was looking for.
