Deze zijn meteen in te zetten en zorgen voor rust en minder impulsief handelen in contact. Bart is een fijne trainer! Learned a lot in the introductory course Nonviolent communication! It is an invitation to keep practicing with all the useful tools that have been provided. These can be used immediately and ensure peace and less impulsive action in contact. Bart is a great trainer!

De training is degelijk opgebouwd: duidelijke, mooi vormgegeven hand-outs, heldere oefeninstructies, en een WhatsApp groep om onderling contact te kunnen leggen en oefenen. Aangenaam verrast hoeveel praktijkgerichte handigheid je al op kunt doen in slechts 3 bijeenkomsten. Wat me aanspreekt in Bart, de trainer, is zijn authentieke opstelling en betrokkenheid. GC is a wonderful tool, an instrument that can be helpful in a wide variety of situations. The training is solidly structured: clear, beautifully designed handouts, clear practice instructions, and a WhatsApp group to make contact and practice with each other. Pleasantly surprised how much practical dexterity you can already acquire in just 3 meetings. What appeals to me about Bart, the trainer, is his authentic attitude and involvement.

De training is praktisch en divers kwa methodes met overzichtelijk huiswerk, visualisatie en demonstraties door de trainer, en oefeningen in kleine groepen met eigen casusen. Bart creëert een fijne en veilige sfeer door zijn authentieke, open en kwetsbare houding, prettige stem, zonder zweverig te zijn en met als kers op de taart prachtige muziek! Had ik dit maar 20 jaar geleden....nooit te laat om te leren...Aanrader voor iedereen. Nice training to get in touch with the steps of GC. The training is practical and diverse in terms of methods with clear homework, visualization and demonstrations by the trainer, and exercises in small groups with their own cases. Bart creates a pleasant and safe atmosphere through his authentic, open and vulnerable attitude, pleasant voice, without being floaty and with beautiful music as the icing on the cake! If only I had this 20 years ago .... never too late to learn ... Recommended for everyone.

Daarnaast is Bart is een hele fijne trainer. Kan het iedereen aanraden die graag op een verbindende manier wil leren communiceren. I learned so much in the online basic course (3 evenings via zoom)! Lots of information and handouts and space to practice with your own cases. Bart is also a very nice trainer. Can recommend it to anyone who would like to learn to communicate in a connecting way.

Bij een online training mis ik dikwijls interactie, maar dat was bij deze training helemaal niet geval. Bart heeft echt oog voor iedere deelnemer en dat maakt dat er net veel interactie is waardoor je met voorbeelden uit de realiteit kan oefenen en feedback ontvangen. Bart geeft je veel tips en handige hand-outs waarmee je gelijk aan de slag kan. Een echte aanrader! Very valuable training with a good mix of theory and practical exercises. During an online training I often miss interaction, but that was not the case at all with this training. Bart really has an eye for every participant and that means that there is just a lot of interaction so that you can practice with examples from reality and receive feedback. Bart gives you many tips and handy handouts that you can use right away. Highly recommended!

Bart legt de lat voor zichzelf als trainer hoog waardoor de structuur duidelijk is en iedereen in de groep weet waar hij/zij aan toe is. Dit schept een veilig leerklimaat. Daardoor durven deelnemers zich open te stellen in de werkvormen en leer je waarvoor je komt: (tools om) geweldloos communiceren. At Bart I followed an online training Nonviolent Communication. Bart provides a fine mix of substantive knowledge and practical working methods. Bart sets the bar high for himself as a trainer, so that the structure is clear and everyone in the group knows where he / she stands. This creates a safe learning environment. As a result, participants dare to open up about the working methods and you learn what you come for: (tools for) nonviolent communication.

Hij legt duidelijk uit, geeft begrijpelijke voorbeelden, er is veel ruimte om te oefenen en te leren van elkaar, hij brengt het allemaal heel toepasbaar en bovendien is hij erg vriendelijk en begripvol. Ik had elke keer zin in de trainingen, en ik werd er blij van. I am very enthusiastic about the way Bart teaches the method of nonviolent communication. He explains clearly, gives understandable examples, there is a lot of room to practice and learn from each other, he brings it all very applicable and he is also very friendly and understanding. I was looking forward to the training every time, and it made me happy.

Bart heeft een prettige, rustige stijl en biedt een uitstekende combinatie van theorie en ruimte om te oefenen. Verder vond ik de groepsgrootte (in ons geval 9) heel fijn werken. That turned out to be a hit. Bart has a pleasant, calm style and offers an excellent combination of theory and space to practice. I also found the group size (in our case 9) to work very well.
