★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat ik ook deed, mijn gewicht bleef maar schommelen rond de 85 kilo (de magische grens noemde ik het) met uitschieters naar ruim 88 kilo. En dat is bij 1.68 mtr echt te veel. Vond het ook best stom van mezelf dat ik dit niet in mijn uppie onder controle kreeg. En toen ging ik in zee met Birgit van Gewogen balans. Vandaag gaf de weegschaal 79,9 aan! Birgit hielp me met het vinden van een gezonder eetpatroon, dat wel gewoon aansluit bij mijn gewoonten en ritme. Dit kan ik volhouden. En durf nu zelfs te geloven dat die 75 ook nog eens op de weegschaal komt.
 Whatever I did, my weight kept fluctuating around 85 kilos (the magical limit I called it) with peaks of over 88 kilos. And that is really too much at 1.68 mtr. I also thought it was pretty stupid that I couldn't get this under control on my own. And then I teamed up with Birgit from Weighted Balance. Today the scales indicated 79.9! Birgit helped me to find a healthier diet that simply matches my habits and rhythm. I can maintain this. And now even dare to believe that 75 will also end up on the scales.
