Nemen telefoon niet op, Reageren niet op mail, reageren niet op Whatsapp. 15 euro betaald voor een paar simpele samples en 3 weken hier op moeten wachten, na meerdere niet nagekomen afspraken. Uiteindelijk wilde ik hier toch bestellen en heb een offerte aangevraagd n.a.v. de samples. Na een week nog steeds geen reactie. Ik heb geen vertrouwen meer in dit bedrijf....
 Very bad service. Do not answer phone, do not respond to mail, do not respond to Whatsapp. Paid 15 euros for a few simple samples and had to wait 3 weeks for this, after several missed appointments. In the end I still wanted to order here and requested a quote based on the samples. Still no response after a week. I no longer have faith in this company ....

Wat een vakmanschap.
Ook werd het meubel precies op tijd en netjes afgeleverd tot in de woonkamer aan toe.
Super bedankt. Beter had niet gekund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een aantal maanden geleden een tv meubel besteld. Toen wij het meubel ontvingen waren wij teleurgesteld.
Het tv meubel dat wij kregen voldeed niet aan hetgeen dat wij besteld hadden. De bijgevoegde tekening hebben ze niet gebruikt, vanwege een storing op de website (blijkt achteraf en was bekend). Gevolg is dat wij geen uitsparingen voor kabels hebben.
De binnenkant zat nog vol zaagsel.
De kwaliteit van het product is in verhouding tot de prijs matig te noemen. Het meubel zit aan de onderkant vol krassen. De deurtjes zitten niet mooi in het meubel. 1 deurtje valt soms spontaan open.
Ordered a TV cabinet a few months ago. When we received the furniture we were disappointed.
The TV cabinet we received did not meet what we ordered. They have not used the attached drawing, due to a malfunction on the website (appears afterwards and was known). The result is that we do not have cut-outs for cables.
The inside was still full of sawdust.
The quality of the product can be called moderate in relation to the price. The furniture is full of scratches at the bottom. The doors are not nice in the furniture. 1 door sometimes opens spontaneously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er zijn wat problemen met het product en de afwerking. Hoewel ik ze gemaild heb, heb ik daar geen reactie over ontvangen. Jammer want hoewel er soms door omstandigheden wat later op vragen gereageerd werd, leek de service juist goed. Ik heb dan ook het idee dat het geen onwil is, maar misschien meer niet goed om weten te gaan met dit soort zaken. Een communicatie en een capaciteitsprobleem.
Hoewel de kast op zich heel mooi is, is een gewenste aanpassing (het maken van een kabeldoorvoer) niet goed uitgevoerd en wat minder mooi afgewerkt dan verwacht. De kabeldoorvoer zou in de kast uitkomen zodat apparatuur zo aangesloten kon worden. Nu moesten we er zelf een gat bijmaken en had die hele kabeldoorvoer in het blad dus niet gehoeven omdat de kabels toch achterlangs moeten. Daarnaast zijn er wat spinters van de rand om de kabeldoorvoer afgesprongen, die wel weggeschuurt zijn, maar dat maakt het er niet mooier op. Jammer, want het haalt het hele product en het bedrijf naar beneden. Verder is het namelijk een mooie kast

I therefore have the idea that it is not unwillingness, but perhaps not knowing how to deal with these kinds of things well. A communication and a capacity problem.
Although the cabinet itself is very nice, a desired adjustment (making a cable entry) is not well executed and less beautifully finished than expected. The cable entry would end up in the cabinet so that equipment could be connected in this way. Now we had to make a hole ourselves and the entire cable entry in the top did not have to be done because the cables have to go through the back anyway. In addition, some spinters have jumped off the edge around the cable entry, which have been sanded away, but that does not make it more beautiful. Too bad, because it brings the whole product and company down. Other than that, it's a beautiful cabinet
